Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a high-volume Operating Room at a Level One Trauma Center, specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures
• Demonstrate competency with robotic-assisted surgery using the Da Vinci Xi system as well as procedures including PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
• Provide scrub support across a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Operate and work alongside equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot platforms; document within Epic EMR
• Participate in overnight trauma call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotating basis; specialty team call scheduled per team-specific rules
• Maintain flexibility, accountability, and a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Level One Trauma Center experience required
• Flu vaccination required prior to submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in General Surgery, GU/GYN, Orthopedic Trauma, Orthopedic Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or Endovascular procedures
• Minimum 3 years of Level One Trauma-trained experience
• Familiarity with robotic surgical platforms, particularly the Da Vinci Xi system
• Demonstrated ability to adapt across multiple surgical specialties and patient populations
