Job Overview As a Junior Business Analyst at Ramaley Group, you will contribute to our mission of using data‑driven strategies to solve complex industry challenges. You will learn methodologies drawing from our five critical foundations: Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile, Change Acceleration, and Facilitation. You will begin to develop awareness of key ERP and/or workflow systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals and learn from experienced mentors and coaches who are dedicated to your professional growth and development. Your initial focus will be on skill‑building, back‑office business analysis activities, with increasing client engagement as your capabilities increase. Responsibilities Utilize data‑driven insights to develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and user acceptance test scripts. Participate actively in the identification and resolution of broken processes, aiming for continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with the team to ensure that only smart and practical solutions are presented to clients. Communicate proactively and responsively with team members and clients to ensure effective project coordination. Embrace and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work. Foster a culture of trust and respect among teammates and clients during all interactions. Up to 20% global travel may be required for this position. Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated in a variety of contexts. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Passion for using data to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful change. Flexibility to work across time zones (especially EMEA). Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
