Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and other security‑related support functions as needed. Support healthcare location operations by communicating with staff and first responders when appropriate, while following post orders and established response protocols. Minimum Requirements Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
