Project Manager

Compensation: Up to $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits Overview A respected commercial glass and glazing contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Atlanta market. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with clients, field operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The company maintains a strong backlog of work throughout the Southeast and is looking for an individual who can step in and immediately contribute to ongoing and upcoming commercial glazing projects. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial glass and glazing projects from award through final completion Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls Review contract documents, shop drawings, specifications, and submittals Coordinate with estimating, drafting, procurement, fabrication, and field installation teams Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material procurement activities Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and general contractor relationships Track project progress and proactively identify potential challenges Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, closeout documentation, and project reporting Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Desired Experience Candidates should have experience managing commercial glazing projects involving a combination of: Curtain Wall Systems Storefront Systems Window Wall Systems Interior Glass Systems Project Experience Commercial Office Education Hospitality Mixed-Use Aviation Municipal / Public Sector Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial glass and glazing industry Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of glazing systems, fabrication processes, installation sequencing, and project execution Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD preferred Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
