Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging professionals committed to delivering stellar care. With cutting-edge ultrasound equipment at your fingertips, you will conduct diagnostic procedures, collaborate with a team of supportive clinicians, and help provide comfort and clarity to patients through precise imaging.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Conducting a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritizing patient safety and comfort during procedures, while providing clear and compassionate explanations
• Working closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Documenting procedures accurately and maintaining patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keeping abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
