Leadership Foundations Program Associate Leadership Development Program | Management Training | Rotational Development Program | Future Leaders Mustang Cat is seeking driven, motivated, and high‑potential individuals to join our Leadership Foundations Program (LFP) — a dynamic leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders within our organization. Through hands‑on experience, professional coaching, operational exposure, and rotational assignments across multiple business divisions, participants will gain the foundational skills necessary to build a successful leadership career with Mustang Cat. This immersive 18–24 month program provides exposure to various areas of the business including Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales Administration. Participants will work alongside experienced leaders while developing operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, and business acumen in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
