Executive Director – Senior Living
This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Executive Director in the New Orleans area. This isn't your average leadership role—this is a chance to step into a community with a truly unique culture, one that's a cornerstone of its local community. We're looking for a leader who understands that an Executive Director isn't just an operator; you're also a master of customer service and a community ambassador. You'll be engaging with residents, families, and even local city figures to maintain the community's stellar reputation.
This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships and navigating the "political" aspects of senior living leadership. While the community has experienced some recent leadership transitions, it has a strong team in place, including key roles in memory care, the business office, and sales. Your job will be to stabilize the team, improve occupancy—especially in the memory care segment—and continue to build on the community's legacy.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Assisted living experience is a must-have. You'll need to hit the ground running.
- A passion for resident and team engagement .
- The ability to balance operational and financial responsibilities with your relationship-building skills.
- A strong understanding of sales and business development to partner with the existing team.
- Licensed in Louisiana
