Job Overview

We are in search of dynamic, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. This isn't just another desk – think of it as a springboard into your next career chapter. We are building a powerful platform designed to elevate you, providing top-tier recruiters with the technology, marketing resources, and operational backup necessary to amplify results and enhance your brand.
In this role, you will handle full-cycle placements while fostering robust partnerships with clients, all the while being rewarded with some of the highest commission rates in the industry, reflecting your significant contributions.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial engagement through final hire.
- Serve as a Client Partner, diving deep into their hiring needs, challenges, and culture.
- Employ Strategic Sourcing utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize Our Innovative Platform to oversee candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Prioritize Lasting Permanent Placements that yield sustainable value for clients while generating significant commissions for you.
- Contribute to Our Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.

Your Profile
- 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare field or a strong willingness to learn with our supportive coaching.
- Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building a sustainable career.
