OKSI (Opto-Knowledge Systems, Inc.) is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle across federal and commercial agreements. You’ll work directly with our Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development teams to keep contract administration moving accurately and on schedule. The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing PSAs/MSAs, administering NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements, and ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance while supporting audits and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr OKSI
