We are seeking an experienced Event Booker & Event Manager who can actively bring new business into the studio and manage events from booking through execution.

This is not simply an event-coordinator position . We are looking for someone with an established background in event sales, venue booking, hospitality, business development, or private/corporate events who knows how to find opportunities, build relationships, close bookings, lead teams and create repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new event and venue-rental bookings
• Prospect and develop relationships with corporations, organizations, event planners, hotels, tourism partners, brands, creators, and private clients
• Respond to inquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
• Conduct venue tours and confidently sell the studio’s capabilities
• Develop proposals, packages, and event options based on client needs
• Manage communication with clients from initial inquiry through event completion
• Coordinate event timelines, vendors, talent, setup, and logistics
• Be present for and oversee booked events when required
• Identify opportunities for repeat bookings and long-term client relationships
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, confirmed events, and follow-ups
• Work directly with ownership to increase event revenue and studio utilization

Experience Required

Previous professional experience is required.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:

• Venue or event sales
• Corporate/private event booking
• Hospitality sales
• Event planning or event management
• Business development
• Hotel, tourism, entertainment, or nightlife events
• Client/account management

Candidates should be comfortable with outreach and sales , not simply managing events after they have already been booked.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

Is proactive, professional, highly organized, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of the booking process. You should know how to find business rather than wait for business to come in and be capable of turning a first-time client into a repeat customer.

A strong existing network in Nashville corporate, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, schools, bachelorettes, or event-planning circles is a major plus.

We are a Nashville creative studio and private event space offeringspecific parties for corporate events, private parties, screenings, comedy and music events, creator productions, workshops, karaoke, brand activations, filming, podcasting, and customized experiences.
