Sr. Clinical Account Executive - Oncology - Wichita, KS

AbbVie seeks a Senior Clinical Account Executive to support the launch and commercialization of a new oncology therapy for ultra-rare blood cancer in a multi-state territory. The role involves building healthcare provider relationships, managing key accounts, and educating care teams on product administration and patient management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
• Monitor territory-level sales data and communicate feedback to marketing on selling materials
• Educate care teams on product preparation, administration, adverse event management, and patient protocols
• Participate in cross-functional teams and lead key account management for complex customers
• Represent AbbVie at local oncology meetings, conferences, patient programs, and advocacy events

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing complex key accounts such as IDNs, academic institutions, and hospital systems
• Cross-functional collaboration and matrix partner influencing ability
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work evenings or weekends for patient support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (preferred)
