Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of 15 to 20 order and material handlers in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while supporting the successful execution of warehouse and supply chain operations.

As a front-line leader, you will play a key role in developing team capabilities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting warehouse execution software transformation efforts. This position offers excellent opportunities for both professional growth and career advancement within the supply chain organization. Two shifts available:

• 1st shift - $30/h
• 2nd shift - $32/h

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of order and material handlers to achieve daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals while fostering positive employee relations.
• Oversee order processing activities to ensure timely fulfillment and support achievement of sales and operational objectives.
• Conduct team meetings, communicate performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Ensure picking, packing, and shipping activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory accuracy and the proper warehousing of finished goods.
• Participate in and lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Coordinate shipment staging activities in compliance with company policies and applicable state, federal, and international regulations.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of warehouse data within computerized distribution systems, including WMS, IPTI, and SAP.
• Support change management initiatives and contribute to the successful implementation of warehouse technology and process improvements.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and ensure compliance with all company safety standards and procedures.
