ROCK-STAR SALES REP | $10 - $30+/HR EARNING POTENTIAL | FULL-TIME REMOTE

We are looking for a top 3 - 5% caliber salesperson with exceptional integrity.

This is not an entry-level sales position and not a customer-service/order-taking role. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally persuasive, organized, competitive, and disciplined about follow-up,but who also believes that integrity and doing what is right for the customer come before commissions .

We want a salesperson who can sell at a very high level without compromising honesty or trust. The goal isn't to pressure people into buying something they don't need. It's to help customers understand the value of a high-quality service, confidently recommend the right solution, and earn their business. THE ROLE

You will primarily handle warm inbound leads from customers already interested in our services and turn those opportunities into booked jobs.

Services include windshield replacement, rock chip repair, automotive window tint, and headlight restoration.

The position may also include outbound business development , primarily working warm leads and opportunities with fleets, dealerships, and automotive businesses.

Your job is to maximize every lead : build trust quickly, identify what the customer needs, handle objections, confidently ask for the sale, keep excellent notes, and follow up at exactly the right times. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Exceptional sales ability. Ideally, you have measurable evidence that you've been among the top performers in a previous sales organization.

Exceptional integrity. You sell honestly, keep your word, put the customer's best interests first, and never sacrifice integrity for a commission.

Near-native spoken English. Your English must be exceptionally fluent, natural, and effortless for U.S. customers to understand over the phone.

Excellent organization and follow-up. You reliably track opportunities, maintain accurate notes, and don't let valuable leads fall through the cracks.

Omega EDI experience is preferred, but not required.

GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but not required.

Auto glass or automotive tint sales experience is preferred, but not required.

We would rather hire an exceptional salesperson with integrity and teach them auto glass than hire someone with years of industry experience who is only average at sales. COMPENSATION

A successful salesperson will have the opportunity to earn approximately $10 - $30+ USD/hour in total compensation . Exceptional performers may earn more.

Starting base: approximately $5–$6 USD/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated ability, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

This is a full-time position , with meaningful availability required during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
