Head of Sales

Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to serve as the executive lead over all retail operations, driving brand consistency, sales performance, operational excellence, and talent development across both corporate-owned and franchise locations. This role requires a seasoned retail leader who excels at navigating the dynamic between corporate strategy and franchisee relations. You will be responsible for translating corporate brand standards into actionable store-level execution, overseeing end-to-end store operations, visual merchandising, local marketing initiatives, sign packages, and staff training programs across the entire retail footprint. Key Responsibilities Strategic Store Operations & Leadership Oversee overall daily retail operations, profitability (P&L), performance metrics, and compliance across corporate and franchise locations Develop, standardize, and maintain core Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, POS technology, loss prevention, and customer service Serve as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and franchise owners, providing operational guidance and cultivating collaborative partner relationships Visual Merchandising & Store Environment Define national visual merchandising standards, planograms, and floor layouts that maximize sales per square foot Ensure seamless visual execution across all stores, tailoring displays to seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and regional customer demographics Oversee store layouts and fixture designs for new store openings, remodels, and retrofits Store Signage & Brand Compliance Lead the strategy, production, and rollout of all internal and external store signage packages, promotional POP materials, and directional graphics Ensure all physical signage complies with brand guidelines, corporate policies, and local municipal regulations Marketing Execution & Local Store Activation Partner with the corporate marketing team to align national promotional campaigns with brick-and-mortar store execution Design and execute effective Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to drive foot traffic and customer retention Analyze marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness across different store tiers and geographic markets Employee Development & Training Build and implement comprehensive training programs for Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Franchise teams Focus on product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer engagement excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
