Overview Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, offering a vibrant campus and exceptional amenities for nearly 1,000 residents. We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact while providing outstanding customer service and support to residents, guests, and team members. What You’ll Be Doing Greet residents, visitors, and vendors while creating a friendly and professional first impression. Answer and direct incoming calls, providing timely and accurate information. Assist residents and guests with questions, directions, and general support needs. Handle mail, packages, and front desk organization to ensure smooth daily operations. Support safety and security procedures by monitoring visitor access and maintaining awareness of surroundings. Position Type: Part‑Time | Non‑Exempt Schedule: Friday | 10:30 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 am – 6:30 pm About You Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
