What You'll Do Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive interventions Monitor patient progress and make meaningful adjustments Collaborate with referring providers and fellow therapists for holistic care Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness ✍️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in a streamlined EMR system Who You Are You're a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a patient-first environment.
