We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable Company Safety Specialist to support our daily trucking operations.

Responsibilities\n

• Assist with driver onboarding and enrollment
\n
• Maintain organized driver files and paperwork
\n
• Perform routine file checks and document verification
\n
• Support drivers with day-to-day needs
\n
• Help keep the office and safety records organized
\n
• Assist with inspections and other operational tasks as needed
\n
• Occasional attendance at networking and industry events as needed
\n

Qualifications\n

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Basic computer skills
\n
• Transportation or trucking experience is a plus
\n

Seeking a highly outgoing professional who is comfortable meeting new people, initiating conversations, and representing the company at events. This role supports daily safety operations Monday through Saturday , with occasional attendance at networking and industry events as needed.
