Responsibilities Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Assist customers with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Life and Health insurance license required (Must be able to obtain). Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Existing customer relationships in the local community are required. Communication and interpersonal skills.
