Human Resources Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Type: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented People Associate to support the HR Operations team by maintaining employee records, performing accurate data entry, reviewing HR documentation, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Key Responsibilities HR & Administrative Support Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Review and analyze offer letters and HR documentation for accuracy. Support HR operations by maintaining confidential employee information. Assist with document management, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day HR activities. Systems & Documentation Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reports, spreadsheets, and documentation. Work with HR systems such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow (preferred). Use Adobe Acrobat for document review and management. Required Skills HR Administration Data Entry Employee Records Management Document Review & Recordkeeping Strong Communication Skills Excellent Organizational Skills Attention to Detail Confidentiality & Data Integrity Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Adobe Acrobat ServiceNow & PeopleSoft (Preferred) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 0–2+ years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
