Payment Operations Specialist

Supporting the day-to-day health of a payment ecosystem, the remote Payment Operations Specialist will manage chargeback processes, monitor payment performance, and assist in issue resolution for a network of over 2,500 sellers. Key responsibilities Assist with the end-to-end chargeback process, including preparing and submitting representments Monitor chargeback volumes, win rates, and related KPIs using existing reports and tools Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to collect supporting documentation for dispute responses Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in payments operations, chargebacks, customer support operations, finance operations, or a related role Basic understanding of card payments and the chargeback/dispute lifecycle Exposure to chargeback processing or payment processors is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to follow documented processes Interest in learning about risk, fraud, and payment optimization
