Job Title

RN – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California (or compact equivalent accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (0700–1930)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
