Operations Manager / Executive Personal Assistant – Miami, FL

An entrepreneur and principal with a Chicago-based family office is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee personal affairs, household operations, calendar management, and residential projects for a luxury Edgewater condominium.

This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who enjoys wearing many hats and can seamlessly manage schedules, contractors, vendors, real estate projects, errands, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications

Experience supporting UHNW principals, entrepreneurs, or family offices
Strong project management and residential construction/renovation experience
Skilled working with contractors, vendors, and service providers
Organized, proactive, and highly accountable
Comfortable handling personal services, transportation, errands, and property oversight
Available for occasional travel
Spanish preferred

Compensation

$125,000 salary
Full benefits
Hybrid work environment
Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed
