Executive Operations Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Executive Operations Specialist with a renewable energy-leading company known for growth and driving operational excellence in a collaborative environment.
Our client is looking for a highly organized operational partner who brings ownership, initiative, and strong business judgment while supporting executive leadership and overseeing office and business operations. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Support executive leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support
Assist with onboarding, employee administration, and HR-related activities
Manage vendor relationships and office services
Support presentation development, reporting, and communications for leadership, board members, investors, and external stakeholders
Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and special projects
Maintain and organize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
Manage office communications and ensure employees remain informed about key initiatives and operational changes
Support contracts, documentation review, and administrative project work
Qualifications
5+ years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Chief of Staff support, or similar experience
Strong experience supporting executives and senior leadership
Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and business judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Ability to operate independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment
Experience creating processes, standard operating procedures, and operational improvements
Comfortable learning and leveraging AI and emerging technologies
Notary certification (nice to have)
