Marketing Analyst/SpecialistClient's Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Creative Specialist to support the day-to-day production and execution of creative work across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives. This is a contract role embedded within the Integrated Marketing team and reporting to the Creative Production Lead. This is a role for someone who is early to mid-career and hungry to grow. You don't need to be a seasoned expert in every tool or format — but you do need strong instincts, a real sense of craft, and the discipline to execute consistently under deadline. You'll work alongside senior creatives, learning the Solidigm brand and contributing real deliverables from day one. The work spans visual design, motion, and light production support. You might be resizing a campaign ad set one hour, building a simple animated social asset the next and supporting an onsite video shoot the very next. What stays constant is the standard: every output should look and feel like it belongs to a brand that takes quality seriously.Creative Production & ExecutionProduce and adapt creative assets for digital campaigns, including display ads, social graphics, email headers, landing page visuals, and event materialsResize, reformat, and version campaign deliverables across platforms and specs, maintaining visual consistency and brand fidelity throughoutBuild simple motion graphics and animated assets for social and digital channels using tools such as Adobe After Effects or equivalentSupport the production of video content — asset preparation, lower thirds, graphic overlays, and export formatting — in coordination with senior team membersMaintain organized file structures, asset libraries, and version control so the team can find and use deliverables without frictionBrand & Campaign SupportApply Solidigm brand standards accurately and consistently across all work, including typography, color, logo usage, and design system componentsAssist in the production of brand presentations, event collateral, and printed or digital sales-support materialsSupport the preparation of creative deliverables for agency review or handoff, including packaging files and providing production notesFlag inconsistencies or ambiguities in creative briefs early, and actively participate in team reviews and feedback cyclesCollaboration & ProcessWork closely with the Creative Production Lead to prioritize and sequence incoming requests and manage delivery timelinesCommunicate clearly on project status, blockers, and timelines — proactively, not reactivelyCoordinate with writers, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to gather assets, copy, and direction needed to complete workContribute to an environment where quality is the default and iteration is welcomedWhat We're Looking ForRequired1–4 years of experience in a creative production, graphic design, or visual communications role — agency, in-house, or freelanceSolid command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is strongly preferredA portfolio that demonstrates design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and attention to detailAbility to work from a brand system and creative brief, not just from inspiration — you understand that constraints are part of the jobStrong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without dropping qualityClear communication skills and comfort asking clarifying questions rather than guessingFamiliarity with digital ad specs and production requirements across channels including LinkedIn, programmatic display, and emailNice to HaveExperience in B2B tech, semiconductor, enterprise software, or a similarly complex or technical industryMotion graphics experience beyond basic animation — you can create something that moves with purpose, not just for the sake of movingFamiliarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools for handoff and review workflowsBasic video editing capabilities — you've worked in a timeline and understand the production process even if you're not a full editorComfort working in a fast-moving team where priorities can shift and the ability to adapt without losing quality
