Options for Community Living, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support individuals with mental illness in permanent housing. This in-person role is based out of our Ronkonkoma office, with field visits required and non-exempt pay. Qualifications include a high school diploma with 2 years of qualifying experience or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of qualifying experience. Bilingual preferred.
