Job Description:
Business Requirements Analysis
7+ years experience as Business System Analyst
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
Business System Analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in a multiple application environment is required
BSA experience/knowledge of Order Fulfillment Systems in Telecom or Data Center Industry is preferred
BSA experience in CRM, Quote to Cash, Order Management, Work Orders, Activities, Trouble Ticket, Assets experience is highly preferred
