As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Digital Patrol in Cardington, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with residents and visitors, and document security-related activity using computer or tablet systems. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM Tue: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM Wed: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM Thur: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM Fri: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
