Doug Smith BDC Service Agent

In this role, you’ll take inbound phone calls, assist customers in scheduling service appointments, and communicate with customers via phone, text, and email. Experience with cars or computers is helpful, but if you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
