Project Coordinator: II

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and project-related communications
• Maintain and update project documentation and project plans
• Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting activities
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and operational documentation
• Support VPP projects focused on safety culture and awareness initiatives
• Perform inventory assessments and support inventory management process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership teams and represented employees
• Support audit remediation activities related to inventory and materials handling
• Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project tracking and reporting
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across project stakeholders
