Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role: Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. Autonomy over Your Schedule: You’ll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
