Role Overview The Administration Scheduler works with the team to arrange care for service users, coordinating with carer rosters and ensuring a smooth operation. Location North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 Responsibilities Schedule calls to suit service user needs as set out in their home care and support plan. Screen, handle and forward incoming calls, answering queries from service users, employees and the public. Maintain, correct, validate and process data effectively. Manage annual leave, sick leave and ensure ongoing care provision. Support the administration team and other duties as required to run the business efficiently. Qualifications Strong administration and scheduling experience. Working independently or as part of a team. A caring and empathetic nature. Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Previous experience in a carer role is desirable. Own transport access, completion of QQI Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, and willingness to undertake ongoing training. Benefits Permanent contract with 6‑month probationary period. Mon‑Fri shift: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with occasional on‑call monitoring. 23 days annual leave plus time off in lieu for extra hours worked. Career progression opportunities.
