Senior Accountant

Direct hire role with an excellent leadership team we have known for many years High visibility role reporting to the Assistant Controller at a growing, PE-backed company with a $30M contract in progress, so real room to make an impact Stable, single-entity business with clean documentation, industrial/specialty services sector, In office opportunity at corporate HQ in La Porte with an established accounting team Key Responsibilities Own job cost accounting and WIP schedules, including percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and related journal entries Lead bank and general ledger reconciliations, cash positioning, and credit card program administration Manage sales tax compliance across multiple states and serve as a key contributor to the annual financial audit and state audits Key Requirements 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a senior/lead role covering reconciliations, cash management, and tax compliance Hands-on job cost accounting and fixed asset experience, with any ERP background accepted (Viewpoint Spectrum a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
