Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory Prospect, cold call, and conduct in‑person visits to contractors, end users, consultants, and commercial customers Build and maintain strong long‑term customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend HVACR products and solutions Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and follow up on opportunities Manage and grow an active sales pipeline Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and project execution Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Represent the company professionally within the market and at industry events What Do You Bring?
