Staffing Coordinator

Flatrock is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help keep our homes running smoothly, ensure our team has the support they need, and maintain compliance with company and licensing requirements. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations - coordinating schedules, supporting staff, managing administrative processes, and making sure important documentation is accurate, timely, and up to date. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations - coordinating schedules, supporting staff, managing administrative processes, and making sure important documentation is accurate, timely, and up to date. What You’ll Do Coordinate staff schedules and ensure staffing needs are covered Review time punches and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Coordinate staff trainings and support staff accountability Manage incident reports, licensing documents, and required records Support administrative move-ins, transfers, and terminations Manage daily mail and resident correspondence Organize receipts and manage token funds and debit cards Maintain emergency drill logs, E-Scores, binders, and compliance documentation Keep records updated in FIN, SharePoint, and other required systems Partner with the Support and Operations Teams to keep the home running efficiently What Makes You a Great Fit?
