HR BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

Under the direction of the CFO, the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator will oversee and process payroll to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. You will act as point of contact for Payroll and HR related queries from employees, internal and external partners. This is not an entry level position, therefore previous Human Resource experience is REQUIRED. Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States Job Type Full-time Annual Salary $65k-$75k Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location In person Responsibilities Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll process to ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, and other pay or deductions. Timely processing HR updates including new hires, terminations, pay changes, benefit terminations, COBRA, and 401K Weekly Certified Payroll Reporting Review employee benefit elections, process qualifying events and respond to benefit queries Assists with annual reporting and audits Maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions Performs onboarding as needed Respond to wage and employment verifications Monthly benefits invoice reconciliation Weekly processing and payment of HSA and 401K Working hours
