Job Description We are seeking a Senior Network Optimization Engineer to focus on optimization and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment. The role involves end-to-end Cisco products, routing and switching, firewall responsibilities, and strong security focus. Responsibilities Enterprise-level network engineering with end-to-end Cisco routing and switching Firewall design, implementation, and troubleshooting Security-oriented activities, including firewall management Telecom-related tasks and support Proactive troubleshooting to reduce escalations to the engineering team Provide optimization recommendations and solutions Qualifications 7-10 years of enterprise networking experience Senior level network engineer (5‑7 years of experience) with strong troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching protocols Experience with firewalls, CISCO security, and related protocols Knowledge of telecom services and wireless LAN/WAN (preferred) Strong oral and written communication skills CCIE written certification highly desirable; CCMP certification a plus Prior experience with CIS logs, IronPort Web filtering, and Splunk is advantageous Location The position will be located between Monument St. Warehouse and 750 Pratt St. #J-18808-Ljbffr
