ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of four with a strong foundation in experience and collaboration. Before becoming an agent, I worked in logistics sales with Caterpillar and bring over 25 years of experience with State Farm, which helps guide how we support both our customers and our team.

I'm a graduate of the University of Denver and originally from Illinois. I'm a proud parent of three and grandparent to seven, and family is a big part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and staying involved in music. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active in the community by volunteering with organizations like Swallow Hill Music and Heavenly Peace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Don Middleton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
