Customer Service & Office Clerk
Owasso, OK
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
We're looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service & Office Clerk to join our client's team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and handling a variety of office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with questions and service requests.
- Support daily office operations and team members as needed.
Schedule & Pay
- $17.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday (typical schedule)
- Some Saturdays required
- On-call availability required at times
- Overtime opportunities available
- Previous clerical and customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
This is a temp-to-hire position with amazing benefits upon full-time hire.
