Customer Service & Office Clerk
Owasso, OK

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
We're looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service & Office Clerk to join our client's team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and handling a variety of office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Assist customers with questions and service requests.
Support daily office operations and team members as needed.
Schedule & Pay
$17.00 per hour
Monday–Friday (typical schedule)
Some Saturdays required
On-call availability required at times
Overtime opportunities available
Requirements
Previous clerical and customer service experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
