Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands‑on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Support training functions such as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative tasks. Create videos for machines and production guides. Help ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards. Work on assigned tasks independently as appropriate, while being open to instruction. Learn and follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives. Support the development of learning materials and projects as assigned. Stay current on learning and design trends and help identify innovative learning solutions. Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies as needed. Your Qualifications High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Self‑motivated & driven to achieve results. Assertive approach to solving problems. Ability to prioritize and work independently.
