Support inventory replenishment, price changes, and floor moves as needed. Requirements Typically 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home or department store merchandising. Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
