These surfaces include but are not limited to carpet, tile, wood, natural stone, and upholstery. As part of our commitment to comprehensive service, you will also receive cross-training in HVAC air duct cleaning, allowing you to expand your skills and provide additional services to our customers.What You'll Do:Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly, professional service to all customers, treating each home with respect and courtesy.Follow Your Schedule: Complete customer service appointments on time, keeping our internal team updated on your schedule.Master Our Products: Gain an in-depth knowledge of all cleaning services and products to provide expert recommendations.Use Equipment Safely: Confidently handle cleaning equipment from the vehicle to the customer's home, following all safety guidelines.Upsell Additional Services: Identify additional customer needs and recommend services like fabric guard, upholstery cleaning, and more.Drive Responsibly: Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.Keep Records Organized: Accurately complete daily route sheets and documentation.Perks of the Role:Uniform & Appearance Standards: Look and feel professional with a neat, company-provided uniform.Growth Opportunities: Regular training meetings to support your professional growth.Team Environment: Build great relationships across all levels of the company.Physical Demands:This role includes walking, standing, bending, stooping, and occasionally moving furniture.
