This full-time ICU Registered Nurse position involves 36 hours per week, offers comprehensive benefits, and features a convenient night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will deliver safe and proficient nursing care in alignment with our facility's policies, standards, and philosophy. This role includes providing professional guidance and support to the healthcare team, with a focus on Patient-Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes the care plan utilizing nursing expertise and skills, integrating both direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
• Facilitates the execution of the interdisciplinary care plan for assigned patients, establishing goals, treatment strategies, and discharge plans tailored to individual patient and family needs.
• Regularly conducts purposeful hourly rounds to enhance nurse communication, bolster safety, and anticipate patient requirements (e.g., pain management, repositioning, toileting). Evaluates the environment proactively to ensure it is safe and accommodating for patients.

• Valid nursing license in Nevada
• Minimum of one year of experience in critical care nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or to be obtained within six months of hire)
