International Senior Accountant

Globus Medical seeks an experienced International Senior Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting across multiple international subsidiaries. The role encompasses month-end close processes, payroll and lease accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory audit support, and ERP system transition activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned international entities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items and unusual transactions
• Process payroll-related accounting entries and reconcile payroll accounts to supporting documentation
• Support statutory audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and responding to auditor inquiries
• Lead migration of accounting processes and balances from Sage 500 to Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate or multinational settings
• Proficiency with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
• ERP system experience; Sage 500 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance highly preferred
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with payroll accounting, lease accounting, and external audit support preferred
• Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines across international time zones
