Onsite Operations Representative

We are looking for an experienced, customer facing professional to serve as our dedicated Onsite Operations Representative, embedded with a key client in Columbia, MS. This is a relationship-first role built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced freight environment, communicates with confidence, and drives results. Day-today, you are onsite with the client and coordinating with our HQ team in Atlanta for execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact onsite with the client
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the client's team
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow share within the account
• Present capabilities, performance data, and solutions to client stakeholders as opportunities arise
• Ensure day-to-day operational success and overall account health
• Collaborate with the Atlanta HQ team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Own project freight coordination: flatbed, open deck, and heavy haul loads moving turbines, transformers, and heavy machinery, including permits, escorts, multi-stop routing, and jobsite access

• Strong communicator who is comfortable in a client-facing environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently onsite with clients
• Proven ability to build relationships 
• A track record of success in academic, extracurricular, and professional pursuits

• 2+ years of previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar relationship management role
• Previous experience in experience in third party logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain operations

Base salary plus commission. Compensation commensurate with experience.
