Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and reliable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will book appointments in person and over the phone, greet customers as they arrive in the office and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking in our fast-paced clinical environment. 

We are interested in someone who can work 24 hours/week over three days. The applicant would be expected to work two evening shifts that would end at 6:30pm.  

Responsibilities 

• Greet guests as they arrive in the clinic and collect co-pays or co-insurance
• Answer phone calls, discuss our services and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred 
• Previous experience as a receptionist in a health care facility is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
