Nashville, TN | Hybrid | Office-Based with 2 Days Onsite

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic, employee-focused engineering firm known for its culture and career development. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years’ experience in an A/E environment
• Proven success managing diverse electrical engineering projects
• Deep expertise in electrical systems design and knowledge of related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
• Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and standards
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from design through construction
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff to foster technical growth
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality control procedures
• Manage project documentation, deliverables, and client communications
• Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation
