Bartender - Ninfa's Uptown

Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent guest service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to responsible alcohol service while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed Support servers with beverage orders during peak service times Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Qualifications Prior bartending experience preferred Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Strong customer service and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Texas Food Handler and TABC certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe after hire Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented and supportive work environment Employee dining discounts Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
