Description Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436 Weekend Leasing Agent: Ramsgate Apartments Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour Position: Part-time (weekends only) Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our property, Ramsgate, located in Hopkins. Ramsgate is a 360 unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals. * Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge. * Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect. * Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business. * Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence. * Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
