School Principal

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal: K-12 to join the leadership team at their private school for children with special needs located in the Daytona Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), professional presentation, genuine passion to work with children, and a strong commitment to education. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional experience. Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future. Develop strong relationships with our families. Comply with state licensing regulations. Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to serve in various roles as needed. Ability to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records. Qualifications Required education: Bachelor’s degree required; education‑related field preferred. Required experience: At least 1 year of experience as Head of School / Principal K-12; experience with children with disabilities is highly preferred. Must meet background check eligibility.
