Services Offered at City of Hope North Phoenix: City of Hope Cancer Care North Phoenix offers medical consultations, chemotherapy treatment, radiation therapy, genomic testing, genetic testing and counseling, and supportive care services in an outpatient setting, delivered by a team of experts who work closely with one another to understand each patients individual diagnosis and needs. Qualifications:  

\n
• Education:  Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 
\n
• Board Certification:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology 
\n
• Must have or be eligible to obtain  Arizona Medical License  prior to start date  
\n
